Data Retention

Transaction records and KYC documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Marketing preferences and session data are deleted within 90 days of account closure.

Policy Updates

When this privacy policy changes materially, we notify all registered users by email at least 14 days before the update takes effect. The latest version is always available at nxdproject.io/privacy.
