Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nxdproject.io, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction, and agree to these terms in full.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and NXD Exchange. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Use of the Platform

You may use NXD solely for lawful trading of digital assets. Prohibited activities include market manipulation, wash trading, creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, and any form of unauthorized automated access not covered by our official API program.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. NXD will never ask for your password. Any trading activity executed through your account — including unauthorized access you failed to prevent — is your liability until you notify support.

You must complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds or accessing margin products. Providing false identity documents is grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, trade data feeds, and written content on nxdproject.io are the exclusive property of NXD Exchange. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

NXD is not liable for trading losses resulting from market volatility, system outages outside our control, third-party payment processor failures, or decisions made based on platform data. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk.

Our maximum liability to you for any platform-related incident is capped at the trading fees you paid to NXD in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Third-Party Services

NXD integrates third-party services for KYC verification, payment processing, and market data. These providers operate under their own terms. NXD is not responsible for their performance, data handling, or service interruptions.

Account Security

NXD enforces two-factor authentication and provides withdrawal address whitelisting, anti-phishing codes, and session control tools. You are expected to use these features. Accounts found to be compromised due to user negligence are handled at NXD's discretion.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at info@nxdproject.io. Upon closure, pending withdrawals will be processed within 5 business days. Open positions must be closed before account termination.

Changes to These Terms

NXD may update these terms at any time. You will be notified via email and an in-platform banner at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
